What is a Public Adjuster?

A Public Adjuster is a highly trained adjuster and negotiator who represents the you the insured and property owner exclusively.  In this sophiticated world of insurance  we evaluate your policy and assist you in preparing and presenting the claim and work to negotiate a fair settlement per the provisions of your policy.

Why Hire a Public Adjuster?

The typical fire policy contains hundreds of provisions and stipulations - various forms and endorsements that are constantly changing as well as many complex details about your requirements in case of loss. Most policyholders do not know or understand these policy provisions - and most do not realize they must prove their claim. Most insurance company representatives actually prefer to work with an experienced accredited public insurance adjuster rather than an inexperienced insured.  A Public Insurance Adjuster not only has your confidence, but also that of company adjusters who recognizes that they are dealing with a professional.  The claims process can be time consuming and frustrating for an insured.  A public adjuster can handle the phone calls,  correspondence and appointmets all very helpful to someone who has just experienced a loss.
